Rubber Tumble Belt Shot Blasting Machine
This series is used for surface cleaning,rust removing,product intensifying for all kinds of medium and small casting,forging and machinings.It is suitable for different process scale,can work single or medium and small sizes workpieces.
Tumble belt shot blasting machine is the most flexible and the most economical equipment. The machine not only has a small land area but also can operate easily. The machine blasting chamber is composed of the high Chrome wear-resistant casting iron and natural rubber belt, which has high impact toughness and high service life, fully realize the reflection function of abrasive and improve the cleaning quality. And with high tensile strength, not easy to deform. On the back of the rubber belt, we have a guide bar to prevent the rubber belt slip on the roller. The engineering team uses a 3-D dynamic simulation design blast turbine layout to ensure that the steel shot ray can cover the surface of the workpiece 360 degrees.

Manganese Steel Belt Shot Blasting Machine
Shot blasting of casts, forged and pressed, parts, remodelled cold or hot and of various and complicated forms, springs, etc. (weighing up to 1,000 kg and manufactured in smaller and large series, the volume of a particular filling may be up to 2,000 L, mass up to 5,000 Kg), Cleaning surface, removing casting sand and filings and consolidating the surface (microhandling), roughing the surface before the colouring, etc.
Machines have a perpetual made from steel flaps. Treated objects are put by a special filling contraction to steel belt. When steel belt moves its special shape causes treated objects to turn and roll, which causes the whole surface of the treated objects to be quality blasted in a jet of abrasive. For emptying, steel belt is started-up in the opposite direction turning mode.
