Product Description

The Vertical Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Autoclave is an industrial equipment specifically designed for material impregnation processes. It utilizes alternating vacuum and pressure cycles to achieve deep impregnation. With its vertical structural design, it is particularly suitable for processing elongated, large-sized workpieces or those requiring vertical impregnation.

Working Principle

Vacuum Phase: First, a vacuum (typically ≤100Pa) is applied to remove internal gases and moisture from the material.

Impregnation Phase: Impregnation agents (e.g., resins, varnishes) are injected ,
Pressurization Phase: Pressure (0.3-2.5MPa) is applied to force deep penetration of the impregnation agent.

Curing Phase: The impregnation agent is solidified through heating or other methods.
